*Four voting members of the Executive Board, referred to as board representatives or representative directors, shall be appointed by their respective organizations as community organization liaisons. This representative is an active and voting member of the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Perry Hall Mansion, and must be a member of good standing in their respective organization and the FPHM. Annually, the President of the FPHM shall request the names of one representative each as selected by the governing boards of the respective organizations. In the event any of the four representative organizations do not submit make an appointment, the organization will go without representation on the FPHM board for that year.
